Yoga, Qigong and Shiatsu on Aegina the Greek Island of Light

Aegina is 40 minutes by ferry from the port of Athens. If you want to make a real adventure of your trip you can travel overland from UK to Athens by train.
Hotel Rastoni is situated a short distance from the beach, walking distance from the port and the town. The Hotel is set in a garden of Pistachio trees and has a rooftop practice area. The sunsets are amazing!
What to expect
Each day of your holiday retreat at the starts with 30 minutes of Meditation and an hour of Qigong, your 75 minute Yoga practice is in the evening and ends with Yoga Nidra – guided relaxation. Your Shiatsu session with Antigoni can be booked at your convenience. Excursions to the Olive Grove and Aphaia Temple are part of the week but ALL aspects of this holiday are optional and you can spend your time as you like.

Approx. £150 return flight Easy Jet or British Airways to Athens. Travel to the Port and Ferry to Aegina, approx €60. Lunches and dinners (Antigoni will recommend the best places to eat on the island)
Your Teachers
Annie Cryar has been practising Yoga for 50 years and Shiatsu and Qigong for almost as long! She co-directs the Qigong Teacher Training and is a Senior Instructor with the TaiChi and Feng Shui Institute, she has been Principal of Shiatsu College Hastings. Her Yoga Teacher Training is accredited with The British Wheel. She will bring her experience of working with all levels of experience, her expertise in ‘undoing the doing’ and her ability to support you to work with your body to enjoy your practice to the full.
Antigoni Tsegli is the President of the Greek Shiatsu Society, lives and works in Athens and the Island of Aegina. Antigoni is a perfect guide to the Island and will organise trips, your evening meals and give Shiatsu through the week.
